Heal is an administrative and technology service provider that connects its users with Heal Doctors. Heal does not employ any healthcare professionals. Medical services in your area provided by Heal Doctors, an independent medical practice. Heal Doctors provide mobile, non-emergency medical services in select urban areas. Services other than the services provided by Heal Doctors and which are obtained through a third-party service, including prescriptions, lab work, and imaging, are billed separately and separate copay will apply. When a copay is required, separate copays apply for each family member receiving care. See your Policy or Evidence of Coverage for details regarding applicable cost shares.
